    Talking sus 250 n deca

    im 27 years of age I have two ten ml bottels one sus250 and the other deca . im am looking for advice on dosage per week for first time users like how many mls a week of deca and sus250 should I have.? im 78kilos I train boxing weights and skating I eat five times a day I sleep like 9hrs a night I drink 2 litres of water a day and 2 or 3 protein shakes a day I have done this for over 12mths just sourced on to these bottels now so for first cycle I was maybe thinking one ml of each for ten weeks ? keep it simple/
