    Newbie from Indiana

I am a 45 year old male from Indiana. I have trained off and on for the past couple of years. It is difficult starting this late in life.

I am 5'7" and weigh 155 lbs with 10% bodyfat.

    Hello all.

    Hello all.
welcome, you should go to the diet forum and post what your current goal is and tackle your diet first, then move onto your training.

Just to clarify ..... I have been active with weights and sports most of my life but it has been irregular. I have been able to keep my bodyfat % low (into my 40s) but bulking up is difficult. There are so many members with detailed information that takes a long time to read through and understand -- but I am trying and reading.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am interested in using Hgh for aging replacement and adding some lean mass. I am fine with the slow, methodical gains but I want to make sure I maximize my work outs as well as do it as safely as possible.

In advance, I may ask some dumb questions, so please bear with me.
