Need some help with second cycle

Hey guys I was looking on some advice on my second cycle.My first cycle I ran 500mg of Test E for 6 months had great gains and zero sides,ran nolva for pct 40/40/20/20.i know I ran it a little long on test,my second cycle I was going to run Prop eod with some tren ,iv read a lot of different ways to go about it like low test high tren,but not sure on my dosages, especially since tren is 3x stronger,and how long to run it.by the way I am cutting that's why I'm going with the test p stats below

First cycle: Test-E 500mg/week PCT:40/40/20/20 Nolva

Cutting on 2100cals 210carbs 70fat

welcome to the forum. post in the anabolic Q&A don't expect any good feed back though. Your two young and using test for six months was not a good idea at your age then your wanting to use tren on you second cycle and you want to know how to run it and then there's your pct.
