New to forum
Hello every one, I am glad to be a part of the community. I am a novice, amateur at body building. I have trained on and off for the last 13 years. I have been training religiously for 8 months and love training, and train 4 to 6 days a week. I like the forum there is so much information.
I am 6' my weight ranges from 220 to 225. I am working on building size and mass. I am a recreation bodybuilder. I have no plans on competing but love the sport. Anyway I look forward to being a positive member of the community.
