    54 year old first 250mg test

    Hi Guys
    Just wondering if 250mg of test on its own is enough for a newbie
    I'm 6ft 4in 15.5 stone

    Ones text levels will be more then twice as normal 18 year old. How wouldn't that help a 54 year old?

    if you want to trade anemic results compared to a standard cycle of say 500mg/week, if you want to trade that for the health risks and the hpta shutdown you will experience, then go for it.

    You are somewhere between a trt dose (my personal opinion is less is more with trt doses, I take 80mg/week) and a cycle dose.

    The reality is, if you plan on a cycle, then do it proper with about 500mg/week.


    that is, after you have everything else in place.

    nutrition plan in place?
    how many years in the gym this last time?
    what is your body fat percentage?
