    Hello all!!! I hope I post this on the correct location don't want to get in trouble ok so the first timeout used steroids I was 21 got in shape but my cycle was given to me by a guy that knew what he used. I was 6ft 150lbs so he gave me a bulk and then a cut cycle now I'm 28 same height but I'm 220 I know I need to lose some weight. I just need to be thrown at the right direction is deca , anapolon any good for me? Or what should I go with please help. Thanks in advance
