That "new guy"...
Greetings from the, "Pacific Northwest" of the USA . I'm 37 yo, 6'1", 237 lb, 22% body fat guy on the rebound from an injury. I'm getting ready to start a cut to get down to that 14-15% body fat mark so I can get back to my 262 lb 10-12% body fat. Don't worry, I'll post my journey in the proper area's here on the forums, but more importantly, I'll ask the right questions. :-)

Thank you for the warm welcome. Now to try and find an independent lab, for a decent price, located near me for my bloods. I can't have my PCP order the specific draws I need, he's way too smart not to figure it out. Bad for insurance purposes. Any suggestions?
