    Ready to Work Hard

20 years old from Canada. Recently lost my license and job last summer and am fully devoted to a body transformation. I have all the time in the world for working out and would like to know what the best way to go about it is. I have a home gym with a pull down bar. (Back/Shoulders/Triceps) a bench press and legs. I also have Dumb-bells and a indoor training bike.
    Stats
    5'10
    195
Not sure about body fat but Id say around 15-18%
I have a good amount of muscle also

I'd like to know what the most effective routine to get a tight toned strong body without over training. Like I said I have all the time in the world to train. I plan on running a cycle after I get a good solid base and lose more body fat.

Went on a rant there but would like to meet some people to communicate with talk about training/supps/diet so on.
    Thanks

Welcome! Here is a starting point...

    1. Get your BW done to see where you're at chemically, plus if you want, get a full spectrum hormone test.
    2. Later, you can take those numbers to an endo and get a prognosis and at the same time post your numbers in the forum and get recommendations from VETS. They have the experience to filter out the good from the bad advice. Furthermore, based on their experience and knowledge listen to them and they will help guide you towards success.
    3. Read My First Cycle: My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle
    4. Post your TDEE http://forums.steroid.com/diet-nutri...penditure.html in the diet & nutrition forum and ask for advice. While you're getting advice start dialing in your diet and get your body ready for AAS, this will be the #1 factor for success when you start your cycle, and during PCT.
    5. Do your homework BEFORE you start your AAS.
    6. When you finish your PCT get your BW results done again and compare. Cheers!

Welcome to the community! You're too young for aas. Spend time in our nutrition and training forums for now while you continue your research. At age 20 you can make a tremendous change in your body with the proper eating and training methods.

I agree with the other guys here. Need to max out your what you've got genetically before you risk hurting yourself with gear. Once you peak natty you might be completely satisfied.
