    Have just joined the forum.

    I'm currently training 4-5 days a week trying to build quality muscle. I did the Max's bulk challenge last year and put about 10kg on but not only muscle.
    I'm currently on a sus 250 cycle and need some expert help. I did 4 weeks at 1ml /week and now doing 2ml/week 4 days apart. I have been getting sore nips at various times, is this normal ?
