    Not really new, but have been away

    Hey everyone. I'm not totally new, but am back after an extended absence.

    I bit about me. I recently moved out to Alberta. Due to the nature of my job, I won't get into details, other than that I recently stepped into a supervisory role, which is what brought me and my family out here.

    I'm also in the process of starting a martial arts school.

    I've done a couple cycles before, but haven't done anything for awhile, so I'm starting back at the basics. I'll probably be starting a progress thread.
