    Hi. I'm 32, live in Tennessee, and am fairly new to bodybuilding. My stats are 5'9", 187, 22%. I've been following a strict training program for 5 months and look forward to the years and growth ahead. The pump and lifestyle have become a healthy obsession. Thanks for allowing me to learn more.

    Hi New to the forum to stats are 5,9 20% bf and 170 lbs. Would be great to keep in touch as our stats are similar and just compare progress diet and regime if ok with you
