    New member in Kansas City

    What's up all, my name is Kurt. I'm from the KC area, 33 years old. I've been seriously strength training for about 6 years off and on, as I age my nutrition and planning get better but my recovery gets slower. You know what I'm talking about! Anyway, looking forward to learning from the community, I'm finally in a place where I think I can make my goals a reality! Have a great day.
