New member saying hello
Hi all,
I just wanted to post something to introduce myself. I'm in my 40s and have been working out (on and off) for about 20 years now. Great, right? Except that I am an extreme hardgainer. I weighed 145 (5' 10") from high school til grad school. And in grad school the weight that I gained often just stuck in the middle.
I'm on my second cycle of AAS right now and am not sure if my gains are normal or not. I'm definitely seeing some, but it just seems less than I should be seeing. I got my gear from a website store and am taking twice the amount that most second cyclers are taking. I'm guessing I've gained 15 pounds of muscle over 5 months. Normal or not for a LARGE cycle?
Anyway, I am completely committed to gaining and will probably need a real source. For the first time in my life I love going to the gym and am excited to make the most of it.

15 pounds in 5 months is pretty good imo considering your age, especially if it is muscle your gaining.
Diet week play a big part of your gains, get the calories and you'll get the gains.
Welcome to the forum bro.
