Just an intro I guess. From Ohio , I'm 32 years young, height: 6', 190 lbs wet with boots on. Was training for a Special forces program SFAS for Marine Recon/Marsoc or Army green beret. I can get size and thickness naturally with ease I'd say but I stopped going for size etc and started focusing on efficiency with HIIT sessions, drop sets, super sets, triple super sets etc. I supp with whey isolate, multi vitamin, BCAAs , fish oil and Moms Polish cooking. I'm looking to start a cycle of Test propionate 250mg blend and AIs. I know this isn't the place for questions I think but some of my questions will be
"wondering what the minimum dose is each week for awesome gains in all areas considering diet and what my sessions involve n the gym etc. can I get away with 250 blend once at start of the week. Or 500mg split up into 2 doses each week ( beginning - middle)" considering the esters involved and the actual amount of pure test in each ml with the ester fused 250 propionate blend "Last edited by Marsoc; 08-21-2016 at 01:15 PM.

Welcome to the forum..special forces huh?i like that..sounds like you have a good amount of training knowledge..my first cycle was 10 weeks Sus (test blend) I got good gains in size and strength now 17 years later after reaserch obviously I see that wasn't optimal..I think you could see reasonable gains off 250 mg of test cyp/prop or enth a wk/ I think most recommend 500..

Yessir. That's what I'm opting for this first cycle, a sustanon 250 propionate blend, deciding on 250mg - 500mg weekly. Thanks brotha

I'm 190 now that I haven't worked out in over 1.5-2 years. I was around 215 in that pic natural. I get the forearm size and upper trap from doing masonry work gripping clamps of bricks etc. shrugging wheelbarrows of mortar. Plus I have large obliques from Side bends etc. so looks like love handles lol.

Run 500 test mg blend weekly to see how you go keep high protien high complex carb diet see how u go from there
