    New to the site

    Hey there, new to the site. Looking forward to more posts. I'm 44 years old 5'10" 215lbs, workout out daily mainly Olympic lifting and functional work (job specific) although getting old sucks and keeping up with 23 year old kids gets tougher each year. Looking forward to learning from others on here.

    Welcome! We're lucky to have another experienced lifter on here.
    45 ain't no number, got a friend at 55 whos stronger in most excersizes than most I know. It's eapecially when you compare yourself to your younger self it might be tough. Never compare, just look ahead!
