    New Guy Louisiana

    New to the site but I am liking what I am seeing! Looks like there are some guys here with great advice. I just hope I can figure out all this lingo....lol

    I am a 44yo Male
    5.10 / 225lbs Med build
    Gym when i can, i work crazy shifts. I am a Police K9 Officer who needs to bulk up and gain some strength to keep up with the bad guys on the street. It seems they don't try the officers who look built, i guess its the intimidation factor at work.

    Don't be hating cause Im a cop, Just treat me like Im a normal guy!
