    Hello everybody

    I'm Manuel, 34 yrs old, I live in Brooklyn. Have been working out since I was like 14, on and off. Have become more serious 3 years ago, I have started using supplements, etc, and I think I am ready to do some test. I did an anAavar only cycle, but I think I was being overcautious and was not too happy about it.

    Should I ask my questions here or make a new thread with all the details?
