    Smile Hi All - new member

    Hi all,

    New guy here. been lurkin for a year on and off. 6'1 male, 11% BF, 190, 25 years old.

    I already posted one thread, can't find it for some reason, maybe not approved yet (its been a day since then...)

    Was moderately big into weightlifting, had a back injury almost a year ago that stopped that. Still not cured or diagnosed. My other post (which is missing) went more into that.

    Glad to be part of the community!

    P.S., can any mod tell me if my other post is pending still or gone? Thanks
