    New Here

    Howdy to all, New to this forum, just signed up so I could post if needed. Been reading for a few days and like the information sharing I see. Really here for information on dieting and nutrition. It seems I have forgotten how to eat right, so I am hoping to re-educate myself. I won't lie but the first thought I had when I landed here was about pharmicutical help with shedding some fat and gaining some muscle, but I see the need to get my nutrition right before I think about that any further. Anyway, thanks for having me.
