    New guy from Singapore

    Hello friends,

    New on this forum, originally from India, live and work in Singapore now.

    Been working out from last 4 years and like most of newbies made mistakes of not eating enough and not lifting enough, finally learnt after wasting a lot of time and now seeing good gains and changes in my body.

    Age: 33
    Height: 172cm
    Weight: 63kg (yes, i am blessed with ectomorph body type and i used to hate eating)
    Goals: Learn and grow

    Welcome. I started into weightlifting the same way brother. Not eating right, or enough. Doing the wrong workouts, etc, etc, etc..... At least we have learned. Bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint my man. Good luck..!!
