    New guy

    Hello everyone.. im still learning to navigate so if I've posted wrong or in wrong area i do apologize. so im 5'8 , 170, 49 . Wanting to improve overall well being reason ive found way to the forum . Did a mild TRT about 4 yrs ago for about 6 months and it was awesome.. but life happens and couldnt continue. I'm ready to get back to it so I'll be trying to soak up all knowledge i can from you veterans and this forum. My mind body and beat down joints thank you ahead of time.!
