New Youngin with a dream (1st cycle)

    Hey everyone,

Been a long time reader/lifting enthusiast. Looking for some advice/help with my first cycle. Just finished my udergrad at 25 and im excited as hell to start my career at a top commercial bank in the US. My biggest fear going into the job is honestly my physique (or lack there of) and young looking demeanor, given my unlucky genetics. Ive been strength training consistently for 5 years now and its been a pretty underwhelming experience as my genetics just havent done me any good. Managed to get my weight up in the last 4 years from 145 to 175, and my strength has seen serious gains. Havent been able to get anywhere near an acceptable look though.

Like I said though I dont have very good body building genetics and Ive been considering an 8 week cycle of Test E for some time now.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    My stats

    Age: 25
    Height: 5'8"
    Weight: 175
    Waist: 30

    Bench: 215 x1
    Squat: 225 x1
    Military press: 135 x 1

    I'm 5'8"ish and I was 175 my senior year.
The reason I wasn't bigger is because I was peeling the skin off my chicken.
You have to eat big to be big.
    Pure and simple science.

Now you can take all the drugs in the world but you can't create mass from nothing.
So before someone tells you you take a massive amount of drugs to put on weight....

Realize that whether or not you go that route...
You still need to learn how to eat more.

    I would recommend 500 test a week...
    and eat more...
    and add salt.

Looks like you are off to a good start, I was a small kid and trained natural like you as well, I did get into powerlifting for a while and added mass that way, if you hit the juice you should have a plan in my opinion, meaning not just drugs and duration but a meal plan and workout plan before you start as well as pct...good luck and congratulations on your new job
