personally I don't think it has anything to do with their doctors practicing. WTF are they practicing cosmetic surgery of that caliber for? I think it's covert incentive to get young people to join the military.

so if its open to all, could the male soilders get themselves a nice big pair of DD's? so when they get shipped abroad they wont be without some boobies for too long? Hmmmm surely that would make them less combat efficent. The pornstar brigade of female soilders all sporting double g's and larger. They wouldnt be able to walk very far let alone do anything else!
