    perfect diet

    I have extremly hard to gain weight, my goal is to add mass.
    what do you think of this diet?

    *
    First meal, 7 am:
    8 oz. oatmeal
    0.6 1 skim milk, 0.3%
    0.2 1 orange juice
    3 oz. grapes 1 17
    *
    Second meal, 10.30 am:
    10 oz, whole wheat bread
    4 oz. cheese, 12% fat
    0.51 kefir milk *
    1 banana *
    *
    Third meal, 2.00 pm: * * * *
    8 oz. brown rice
    10 oz. turkey
    5 oz. vegetables
    *
    Fourth meal, 5.30 pm * * * *
    5 whole eggs 30 --- 30 400
    16 Oz. baked potatoes
    Mixed salad

    Fifth meal, 9,00 pm: * * * *
    7 oz. cottage cheese
    7 Oz. whole wheat bread
    1 oz. peanut buffer
    1 apple, approx. 4 oz.
    0.2 1 orange juice

    is there to few meals? and since i have no tendency for exessive body fat i can eat more kalories, right?

    This is your bulking diet ?? READ THE BULKING STICKY and the diet logs on the AR homepage.

    You need way more protein throughout your day. Add some more lean meats and get some veggies in there.

    You also don't have any protein shakes in their, a def if you are a hard gainer.

    if you want to add pure lean body mass, then this is not a good diet IMO, you would prob add more fat then you want. check out the bulking sticky

    If you're an ectomorph, keep upping the calories until you feel that you are putting on too much fat. You should have at least 6 meals. When do you work out and where is the post-workout meal?

    Protein shakes are not a def for hardgainers, they are important only if a person is short on time or money... Real food is much better. But he does indeed need much more protein throughout the day. 1.5-2g per lb body weight.

    jesus christ...i just cant get the hang of it, im an ectomorph yes and have extremly har to gain weight, i read the stickys and dietlogs but since im not from the us i couldnt understand everything, ive asked for help...please help me construct a dietprogram, it would help me so much.
