    someone please help

    So, I started my new cutting diet, coming off keto last week. I've kept calories the same as when I was on keto, along with training and cardio. The past 3 days I've felt really bloated!! Okay, so obviously I haven't put on any fat in just 3 days, but I FEEL fat due to the bloat. Maybe it's due to the added fiber in my diet from the oats and broccoli, or maybe I've put on some water weight due to the reintroduction of carbs.

    Will this go away eventually? I don't look fatter in the mirror, but due to the bloat, my stomach sticks out when I flex my abs and I just feel fatter. In my opinion, it's water weight from the carbs and gas due to the fiber (yes, I'm really gassy as well, lol). What do you guys think? Even when I'm just walking around during the day, I can feel a bulge in my gut. Do I need to worry about fat gain from reintroducing the carbs even though I'm still in a deficit and training is still intense? Am I making too much of this? When will it go away?
