Currently I'm in my 4th week of 12 through an S-4 cycle (33mg/day), in my 1st week of 24 through a GH cycle (currently 1.5IU 5/2, working up to 5IU adding 0.5IU / week), and I'll be starting a 6 week Var cycle soon (40mg/day).

With all these mild anabolics do I still need that much protein every day?

My concern is that it's difficult to eat that much protein without consuming some carbs, and fat, and calories in general.

Remember: my goal is recomp. I'm not trying to squeeze as much hypertrophy as possible out of my skeletal muscle cells here.

It seems obvious to me that with caloric restriction, including calories from high-protein foods, I'll burn more fat, and the various anabolics described above will prevent catabolism of muscle tissue.

In fact, if the anabolics prevent ATP from burning muscle, then won't ATP need to burn more fat/glucose/etc to provide the energy I need to function?

Maybe this is a noobish assumption.

Any thoughts as to this are much appreciated.
