    energy

    I just finished my cycle a week ago and now my energy level is very low. Any of you old farts like me know something to increase my energy level?

    Know what you mean about the energy.

    First, make sure that your PCT is bullet proof. I find that HCG really helps gets the polly wogs swimming right away. Teslac also keeps down that bloated effect. Both help get back into the groove faster.

    If you trim back your calorie intake and add a little more complex carbs in the the AM it helps kick start the day.

    Also cut back on you work outs when off cycle. (I do 5 x 1 hour on and 4x 45 minuts off, still very intense, but less.)

    I drink gallons of green tea and do a lot of thinking about my next cycle.

    thanks great advice. I am planning my next cycle already. It seems like a long wait though. I have my pct in check just did some hcg . I hope make it threw the rest of the weeks workouts with a little more energy.

    This is also part of the PCT that I get from my doc... Good catch!

    James, you might want to add B-12 to you PCT.
