    Healthiest choice for older guys

What would be the healthies choice of aas for someone 45 or older?
I know none may be best but that is not an option.
I have been using sust 250, deca and prop on this cycle. Plus HGH, HCG and just started clen and T3 to burn a little fat. I also have test eth and test cyp left over from a previous cycle.
I am just curious what I should buy when I purchase next.
I am looking for quality mass and to stay relatively lean.
I am 225 lbs. 5'11" and about 10% body fat. I train 5 days a week with the weights and do 45 minutes of cardio a day 5 days a week.
    Thanks for your input.

That's an oxymoron isn't it? lol

Seriously though, the absolute best IMO (I am 34 right now) is test. Why not put back in what mother nature has stripped from us in stages from the age of 30?

GH is something older guys will run in order to fight off aging.

For me, I can probably do better telling you what I won't run as I get older. I decided some time ago that I would stop running 17aa's that are harsh on the liver after I hit the age of 35. I have decided to stay away from deca (except in small doses for joint lubrication) as I do not like the effects it has on me.

I could go on but I'm not sure if I am actually answering your question....

Rest/recuperation is more important. Dietary changes such as minerals come more into play too. I am no expert in aas by no means but I agree with Diesel 100%. Keep it relatively simple but monitor your estrogen levels once/twice a year because as we age we tend to get more fat storage(gut/loves) partly due to diabetis and lower test levels but the test/estro ratio(which is the important indicator) gets worse, thus estro becomes more of a issue.

Saw Palmetto isn't a bad idea either.
