Bros,

Well... I turned 30 this January... and it actually made me depressed for about a week... Then things got better and better....

Im OK with being 30..... My fiancee is pregnant with my first child.... whose heartbeat I just heard for the first time.. AMAZING!!!

Not really wanted to say anything except... I've crossed over that line... and Im feeling great about it...

Everyone is commenting that Im huge and ripped at 232 and 5 11. The cycle is going great, on week 11 now!

Man i know what you mean..i didnt havee a problem with it till the day i turned, Man i just thought i was now an old f*uck but i got over it and now im 33 its cool. I have a boy and a girl of my own my girl is 14 and boy 7.

quick cycle review:

1-2 dbol 50
3-4 dbol 75
1-10 deca 400
1-10 test 500
10-12 test 750

I upped the dbol as I wasnt getting pumps at 50
the last two weeks of test, I didnt want to get shut down by the deca

Bloc roc i understand you, i turned 30 , 3 years ago, i was depressed to being the eternal teen that i am at heart, watching wrestling, playing video games and more.

Grey hair and hair loss yaggg, but we can't really turn back the clock. So i decided to view my age has a number after all we are not regular 30 year olds, we train and take care of ourselves.
