I just cant seem to diet down without some help, and for me ephedrine is the key.

I dont over do it i only take 2 20mg pills a day and it does the work, cutting out appetite and **** sugar urges.

My weight is stuck at 210 pounds.

How effective is an e/c/a stack for someone with a (measured) bf% of 11.2%? Are e/c/a stacks only effective to drop bf% when it's higher?

ECA may get you through a plataeu in that situation, especially if you've never used it.

if you like how your body reacts to eph than stick with it. 40mgs a little low in my opinion. i do 100mg a day. no more. seems to have always worked for me.

Yeah ephedrine gives me stomach upset at 33, i took this stuff in the early 90 when i was younger but now i guess that my body cannot take it anymore.

Found out that if i take only one dose 2 pills and 1 xenedrine eph free cap i have no stomach upsets and cuts appetit and sugar urge just fine.
