    Pec work with cuff damage

I'm starting up again after time off due to a back injury. I have damage to both rotator cuffs, the right is surgically repaired, but the left one hurts more and was never properly fixed.

Since I first tore the right one at age 15, and they put the pin in, my pecs always lag way behind in development.

My question is: What are the best exercises to do to build pecs which put the least amount of strain on the shoulders/the cuff?

    Thanks!

First would be machines. Secondly, cable flies & db flies. Third, push-ups.
