    Get leaner/Get bigger?

I just had a quick questions for us older guys, on your next cycle are you going for mass or going for definition?
For you guys that only & have only trained for mass, do you feel now that you're in your thirties is it time to cut back on mass training & now try to lean out? I'm alittle concerned about health issues later in life if one gets too big.

    Just curious?

As it approaches winter I like to bulk a bit and get heavier in the gym. When spring roles around, I change up the diet, workouts and start to lean out and up the cardio considerably.

ha! honestly these same questions are rolling through my mind now as well. I am actually trying to get really lean. As women dont typically care how much you can press\squat. Its all about the mirror from here on out.
