I am 48 have been training for 20+ years I am stronger and bigger than I have ever been. So I would have to say after 50 sometime. Just don't ley age become a excuse for being lazy!!!!! You get out of life what you put into it!
I hit the wall at 29, but no big deal just a slight change in my body.
Different things decline at different times, why do u think viagra is so popular, that is 2nd thing to decline, 1st is eyesight. As far as muscle is concerned, it declines when u quit working out...
Well your natural GH release levels start to decline I beleive at 21 years old and also you natural testosterone levels ...of course I am sure the vary from person to person. Even a males thyroid levels changes with age.
Some men get these things tested and I know many guys that haven gotten presrcibed medical test creams, gh and thyroid meds..
werd... at age 44.. i am at my stongest, and i have been working out since i was 18, really working out while in the AF for 10 years..
I play 3 nights of league softball (no, if you aren't good, don't apply) 2 nights of volleyball, (again, if you aren't good, don't apply)..
and that's during the spring/summer
volleyball during the winter, broom ball.. and weight training..
so when do i slow down?? not sure.. I'll let ya know..
LOL...well hopefully your retardation problem will subside in your 30's. After that....there's no hope for Brain development!Quote:

As time progresses and the knowledge of man increases...i would venture to say that aging will be much slower than previous generations have experienced.
Diet, excercise, genetics, drugs, and common sense (the later being the most important) will propel mankind into a new age of perenial youth never seen before.
AS far as declination goes....that's genetically programmed...everyone is different. Some have hair...and some don't.
Try to grow a brain...make some money....and stay out of trouble! With a little luck....you can look forward to many happy years!
hey tcw. sweet post bro.
what you said is exactly right and that is how i feel and live each day. but i must now explain my first post in this thread. i said the decline started at 18 for me and i stand by that. before i turned 18 i was crazy, invincible, and my recovery time was lightning fast. not just in the sack, but also if i got injured i was sure to make a quick recovery. after 18 i noticed a slight but definite decline. lab studies will back this up. i think that this is what alwayson was originaly asking. now im not talking about when drugs are involved. obviously when im on juice i feel like... well, lets just say i used to wonder how porn stars were so buck.

Like i said...i believe that scientific knowledge is improving everyday. Witht the advent of new therapy....Aging will slow.
I gained 20 lbs just eating.. at age 22... went to the doc and everything.. did all the blood work.. his response.. "it happens to everyone, some at 23-28, but we all slow down" meaning the body isn't able to continue to use all the food we consume without consequence..
Its true...your body doesn't absord...nor process your food that way it did when you were 18. Thats why roids are so popular; you synthesize more protein and more is absorbed into your muscles.Quote:
