New ...old guy here

hello to all the over 30 crowd...

have been lurking ih the background for a while, just decided to join in..a little about me, 6' @185 lbs been lifting about 4-5 years nothin really serious
just trying to stay fit...had great results using the ephedra based products...dieted down to @155lbs...but not having the same results with the new ephedra free stuff... i am currently researching about Clen,:icon_roll might want to give that a try...if anyone in the over 30 crowd can tell me thier results i would apprexiate it
