New to the board !!

Hey bro..I am 29 and I know I am not over 30 but I have much more interest in a mature forum and hope I can still stay on this forum..my B_day is comming up in nov. so I am damn close !!!

Anyway just a quick hey and hope I am welcome here..

Mine started the second day after I turned 30. I must be a late bloomer. :lol:

Anyway PA welcome to AR. We won't boot ya out out he 30+ forum, It's just designed for older health issues. If you have a health issue, feel free to ask. But we all still visit the other forums too. We will get your questions anywhere .

Another newbie here - just joined a couple of days ago.

Also turned 30 last month ... since this board was labeled "Over 30", I thought I'd have to wait 'til I was 31 to be welcome ;)

As much as I appreciate the "massive and hot" young guys, it's nice to find a place that sympathizes with my metabolism changes that, if I'm not careful, now put the FAT on faster than the MUSCLE ...

Anyway PA, good for you for looking ahead!
