so should i do three moves per or
should i do 4 sets per muscle group ?getting ready for my first cycle and i seem to react to 3 sets better now,will this change once i start my first cycle or should prepare to beef up my routine?what did you experience or what should i expect to see on my first? 33yo 190 now i want all your input!

I spend about 2-4 weeks tweaking my new workout program for my cycle. and that is what I use when I am on.
I do not add sets or reps because I am on gear.But I am very aggressive at upping the poundages used.
