    WhackTheBid introduction

    Hey guys- just thought Id stop in and say hello. I will be 38 in a few weeks. This looks like a great forum for us older folks. lol I say that but im stronger now and on my way to being in the best shape of my life. Anyways If any one comes looking here for advise and encouragement let me be the first to tell you its never to late to get healthy.
    Ive attatched a couple Pics to show my progress I started working out hard core and following a strict nutrition plan in September 2002 so Ive been at it for about 3 months
    I know I still have a long way to go but Im working hard on it.

    Ronny- thanks- That Stocking is mine and its been filled with lots of coal over the years I guess it just rubs off actually it is dark red and green I dont know why it didnt turn out
