first oral cycle, need info!

:lift: I am 41 and will be starting my first cycle. Oral dbol. Any advise on a good first cycle and any oral additions needed!:unsure:

I would,nt do a oral only cycle.D-bol will give you some quick size but the majority of your gains will be water in wich you'll lose post cycle.

Yup, sadly dbol will only give you temp gains.

I tried to go that way too when i was first getting into this lifestyle.

most people use dbol to jumpstart their results as part of a complete cycle.

List what your goals are, stats,diet and workout and maybe we can come up with some help with you.

i saw your post on lowells thread, and i decided to post on this one. 1st off, unless youre one of the lucky few, dont do dbol only. its a total waste of time and money. i dont need to give reasons, they are posted above. if you want to do this right, your gonna have to stick yourself. go to www.spotinjections.com for proper technique.
if this your 1st time around, then go light, you wont need a lot to get results:

weeks 1-4 dbol 30-40mg ed
weeks 1-10 test enanthate 400mg/week split into 2 shots, say monday and thursday.
weeks 1-10 eq 400mg/weeks split into the same 2 shots.

clomid 3 weeks after your last shot:
300mg day 1
100mg days 2-11
50mg days 12-21

make sure you have an anti-e on hand incase you need it.
