    Hey peeps

    It has been a while , glad to see the site is growing so much . Been out of the game for 6 months . The surgery on the knee went well , Ill be back in the gym doing legs again soon and then time to GROW !!!!!!!

    Glad to hear the knee is better, be careful during the initial stages of lifting, you don't want to fuck anything up.
