    Welcome cdog!

I'm a newbie to the board myself... 38 years old, 5'-11", 240 lbs and lookin' to do my first cycle. Have you run a cycle yet? If so, what did you use?

Thanks for the welcome .No cycle as of yet I have done a ton of research and I think I'll train naturaly for a few more years and then see what happens.I started HIT Training and Iam geting great gains .Iam making gains in size and strength from workout to workout plus Iam in the gym half as much so nomore overtraining .My arms went from 14inch
to 171/4 (flexed)so as long as Ican continue with progress I'll stay natural. However AS are very very tempting.
