    Looking huge bro. Are your legs a natural strong point? I myself have always thought of my legs and Bi's as my strong points by nature. Looking at you I would guess you were the same on both counts. Either that or you kicked there ass into shape cause there truly massive now.

    Thanks everyone for the props. I guess you could say that even if you lag on your legs for several years like I did lol you can still bring them up to par. Truth is when I starting training I looked like a stick 5'11 135lbs. I never worked my legs other then legs ext and stuff like that for years.because of a lower back injury I sustained while doing box squats (they suck) Then a few years ago I threw in hacks, legs ext and leg curls and started to learn what it felt like to throw up in the gym lol. I would do heavy sets on the hack and then break it down to 4 plates and rep out 20 or so until I would crawl away from the machine.

    Shortly after that I got on my first cycle of test prop and deca and did my first show at the young age of 41 at only 185lbs ripped. Shit after that show I started eating and did another cycle and I have never been that weight again and my legs have never been skinny either
