Yes and no. If the 500 mg cycles are working for you then stick with them. Only thing I'd change would be the length of time. I'd up it to a minimum of 12 weeks, maybe even a couple more if blood works indicates all is well and gains are steady. Have you read the Successful First Cycle thread at the top of the AAS Q & A Forum? If not, do so and make sure you're using all the proper ancillaries.

Odds are that you can make some improvements to your nutrition and training to help make more gains. Normally this is where guys fail. More AAS may not be the answer.

At your age (no offense meant, i'm older) have you had a hormone panel run recently?

I've read on another forum that taking too much test can give you a heart attack. Don't know how accurate that is.

Lol I would have had a heart attack quite a few times if 750 or above would yield that...

But seriously, kel laid everything out for you. Blood work is also key to avoid potential problems such as the heart attack (IMO a bit dramatic (no offence)) joeytoronto mentioned.

Yea Test E or C (anything long e) weeks 12-15 are where I get the most solid results, I don't run longer than that. May want to try adding an addition to the stack if you your current is well tolerated before going up on e. I am older myself and just started back about 9 months ago after about a small 15 year layoff due to career and family. Just my thought.

I also agree with Kel. I prefer no shorter than 15 weeks though for longer esters, if blood work still is looking good of course.
