I have done two screwed up cycles in the past - not majorly just didn't get EVERYTHING before I started. This time it will be different I think I have everthing I need right now.

Diet:
chicken breast, elk, venison, canned tuna, egg whites
long grain brown rice
oatmeal-not instant the old school shit
1% fat cottage cheese
yams and or sweet potatoes
broccoli
megaman multivitamin
6 meals a day a portion of each with veggies in at least 3 meals
otc shit:
nizoral shampoo
maximum strength oxy pads
maximum strength oxy face wash
zapzyt 10% benzo gel
zapzyt acne wash 2% salicylic
and some face and body scrubbing stuff
Stats:
32, 6' 180, 12-14% bf.
train:
4 day split-back and bi's,chest and tri's, delts and forearms, legs. 4 on 1 off.
I also throw ab's and calves in (alternate one eod)
Cardio 3xwk run for 20-25 mins hard
I eat clean when I get serious with one cheat day a week, usually after leg day. Usually steak fajita's with chips and salsa:)
Cycle:
I am thinking of sust eod mixed with deca and then an extra deca shot a week putting me at essentially 750 mgs sus and 400 mgs deca for 12 wks,l-dex .5ml ed (?) with pct clomid starting 2 wks after last shot.
I see great results when I diet strict and train hard and am really looking forward to this cycle.
have I missed anything or is there room for improvement.
