    Test E 1-12 500mg
    Nolva 1-12 10mg

    PCT 2wks after last shot
    clomid day 1 300mg 2-10 100mg 50mg 5 more days

    everything in order???

    stats 22 y/o bf 12% 216lbs 6'1"

    diet, i pretty much eat everything i see.... oh well you only live once right?

    Drink water, If you have some nolva left over use it at 20mg a day during PCT. AS to when to take your first tab I have heard 3weeks after last shot or 2.
