    Nolva/Clomid Powder

    I'm thinking about getting the 3g pack of Nolva and Clomid each instead of the pre made liquid just because it's a good buy. I mean 3000mg is a lot of stuff But how do you go about taking these powders? Do you suspend them in a liquid or what.. and how do you know about how much you're getting per mL? I'm confused.
