How long to wait to start PCT question

I'm doing a testE and deca cycle, since it takes 4-5 weeks to kick in, why is it recommended to start PCT 3 weeks after the last deca shot? Shouldn't it be the same amount of time as kick in time? Or shouldn't it be the same time as the full life of the steroid ? Please correct the confusion

The deca will clear your system in 3 weeks after your last injection. The test e will be gone in 2. Big difference in time to kick in and time to get the androgens out of your system.

I think it al depends on how much test your doing. I think alot of bros start PCT to soon after a cycle and find they don't recover all the way. Here is a chart a mate of mine worked out and think its pretty dead on.

You still need to wait until 3 weeks after last deca inject and 2 weeks after last test e inject. Assuming you inject in the same syringe or at least same day. This can be done easily by running test e week 1-12 and deca 1-11. And starting pct 2 weeks after last test inject
