PCT overtraining
In the past, when in my PCT period, i would always lower my wieghts by about 20-25% so that the cortisol in my body wouldn't take over and eat my muscles up. is it possible to not lower my wieght volume that much, but instead to lower my sets per bodypart? for example, instead of doing 8-10 reps for 4 sets, with 3 different workouts for tri's, i would do 8-10 reps for 3 sets for eact workout. would this prevent overtraining when off cycle, or should i just stick to decreasing my wieght volume? thanks.

i do max weight regardless,i would think pct is when you dont want to slack off on the weight, maybe knock the sets back so your not over training.but keep the weight up(thats anabolic ).and increase your calories.clean food ofcourse.no twinkies
