1st cycle with No PCT ! Help !

1st cycle
Age 40
Weight Started 217 22% body fat , Now 212 Lean mass
Hieght 6'2" Lost 16 pounds of body fat and gained 12 pounds of Lean Mass


Week 1-12 500mg a week test enanthate
Week 1-4 500mg a week Deca
Week 1-4 25mg a day B-bol orals
Week 4-8 500 mg a week Equipoise
Week 8-12 100 mg a day winstrol

I started this cycle 10 weeks ago and I am nearing my PCT. I was assured by my trainer not to worry about PCT . He would have it ready when I needed it. yeah right ! Let this be a lesson to all other newbies ! DO NOT CYCLE UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR GEAR ! He is gone for reasons I care not to explain but I am sure you guys can figure it out. Now I need PCT and I do not know what to do ! What are the sides if I do not do PCT ? Is it ok to not use clomid or HCG after the first cycle ? What should I do now ? Thanks to anyone who can offer some sound advise.

The sides of not doing PCT... Gyno and loss of all your gains and maybe some of the muscle you had before the cycle too. You need nolvadex and clomid. Find a research site and get it as soon as you can.
