You still recieve what is called an estrogen flush or back lash due to the sudden decrease in test levels. The body reacts to the cease in test levels by producing estrogen to bind to the ER. You still need to administer therapy post cycle to stimulate LH levels ASAP and an AI or SERM to compete for ER to stop this.
Good question too. It would seem like a low aromatizing steroid would produce less estrogen post cycle but most people dont know that the body compensates for the drop in test by the flush of estrogen.
