plan on running deca 300mg/week for 10 weeks
i want to run test, not a whole ton, i want to take it easy on my hair, cause its already thinning, so like 250 mg a week?
i need a proper pct for my cycle. im 21 been working out since i was 16 for football. been working out hard hard for the last 2.5 years. 6'0 206 lbs
u need to run the test at the same level at least at the deca.
plus depending on what type of test u are using determines when pct is gonna be. if u use test cyp then run the deca up intil the same week. if u are running test E cut the deca off one week before u end the test, this way pct times will line up correctly
